Style Discrepancy Between embedded forms with the Same Theme Applied

I have three JotForms on this page:
    https://www.brazos-walking-sticks.com/ambassadors

Click the Primary button in these sections to see the said forms:
    • Ambassador Cards
    • Are you a Social Media Influencer?
    • Other Ideas?

As you'll notice, there's a different color for the text on the header of second form.
Even though I've made my own custom theme and applied it to all three forms.

Any help in tracking down the issue would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

It seems all the forms are looking the same when we open with the direct link. But, after embedding the forms on the website the theme for form 91685199600162 linked to Are you a Social Media Influencer? changed.

Could you please go to Publish > Embed and disable the Smart Embed option?

    Thanks!

That fixed it, but the strange thing is that all of them had that turned on...

Not sure why it only made a difference on that one!

Not sure, maybe smart embed option was configured somehow so it didn't work properly with that theme.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Thank you!
