Integrations: Ability to integrate integrate the Google Civic API

Can someone help me integrate the Google Civic API into my Jotform so that when the user types in their street address it responds with the names of their elected representatives. You may try integrating Google Civic with your forms by getting the full source code of the form and code the API to link to the form manually to host on your web server.
