How do you add an additional account user

Is it possible for a sub user of an account to invite another sub user to the same account?

The Sub User cannot invite to share the forms that are shared with their account. 

Also, please note that the Sub User feature is not available for your account because it was created after the Sub User feature has been discontinued.

How to Share Forms with a Sub-Account User

I saw that you are a Sub User of the account jondelk. If the user jondelk wants to share the forms with some other account the Sub User should be set on that account.
