cannot view uploaded files in the email

    We can not pull up any images on the jot form after it has been emailed. This needs to be fixed imedietly!

    The issue could be related to your accounts privacy settings.

    Kindly try disabling the required login to show uploaded files in your Privacy setting.

    Go to your account >settings>Privacy and uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files".

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
