using a dropdown list to trigger a condition that selects an associated sms email address

    The desire is this.

An alert message, both in email form (name@company.com) and an SMS message XXXXXXXXXX@carrier.com, should be sent to a technician when a dispatcher selects the technician's name from a drop down list.

What's the best way to do this so the dispatcher only has to choose a technician's name for a drop down and the two messages are sent using that field [aasigned_tech_name]?

You may use the change E-mail recipient condition to trigger using the dropdown field and send the notification email.

However, we don't have a direct integration with SMS message. You may try using zapier, https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/sms

    Hope this information helps.
