over quota problem with form

Hi guys my forms have been blocked but i upgraded yesterday and they should not be blocked, can you fix urgently?

I have checked your account subscription and you're subscribed to the Storage plan.

It seems you're over your submission limit for the month.

Do note that the Storage plan has the same limits as the Free plan, the only difference is that the Storage plan has unlimited Total submission storage .

You may upgrade to a higher plan to increase your monthly submission limit.
