Braintree Payment card details disabled

    Hi Jotform

    I'm having trouble with the credit card details section of our payment form.

    All fields work as expected, except the credit card number, security code, and expiration fields are disabled.  

    The integration has been configured with our live Braintree account, and the Braintree integration is configured for live (not sandbox) as well.

    I tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue. However, I am unable to replicate it on my cloned form that I integrated with our test Braintree account. 

    I inspected your form and I saw that your Public key is incorrect. There is a space character at the end. Please remove it, save the integration and test the form again.
