Birth date picker widget: Possibility to change to other language

I need to use the date picker for a form aimed for my japanese customers. Like the French user in above thread, I need to change the language. It is not OK to use year/month/day in english.

The above problem was adressed more than a year ago, I still I do not see any progress that this has been solved.

When can we expect that such a simple function, but still very much needed, will be fixed to allow use for other language than english?

I am quite dissapointed lateley on Jotform. You seem to focus much on a lot of great inter-connectivity funtions, ITTF and such things. Those can indeed be useful, but if  not such basic function as a birth date picker can be used for other users than english, the paid plan that I am using at jotform becomes less attractive and I will need to look for other alternatives.

As a business owner, I just want the forms to work free of hazzle, be easy to create and not, which is quite often the case, contact the support and find out that problems like these have been adressed years ago, but still not been corrected.

I'm sorry, but that option is not yet implemented, it is still being worked on by our backend team.

Also, please be mindful that such functionality implementation depends on how many requests for the one we have.

I will forward this thread to our backend team for possible implementation. That might speed up the implementation.
