I cannot login or reset my password

    What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address ana.r****@cruiseplan****.com

    I did check your last edited form "" and found that it is associated with a different account with username "anarocha13". The profile email address of this account is ar***a@cruiseplanners.com. Do you have access to this email address? Please note that password reset instructions are sent to account profile email address. Please try to reset your account password with username "anarocha13" or email address ar***a@cruiseplanners.com and you will receive password reset instructions email without any problem.
