Can you create a proposal to use JotForm that will be reviewed by our company?

Hi

I have discovered your site and found the form creation easy and perfect for creating simpler forms/checklists for our company to use. 

But it is very hard to pitch this type of product.  Security issues with collecting data to cloud base platforms.  Multiple devices phones, tablets and desktops being used.  Accessing forms offline.  etc etc. 

Would someone from the team be able to help me put together a proposal for using your software to manage activities within our company.
