I created a form. I saw it said that it save. I can't find it. It is not in my forms. I have it loaded on my Go Daddy page. I need to make a few changes -- how do I access it?

    Here's the code: https://form.jotform.com/jsform/91766776118167

    Here's the custom code: <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/91766776118167"></script>

Secondly, I tested it and made a payment so I know it charged on PayPal BUT where is the information from the Registration? Does it put it on a database? Please help.

    Hi,

This form( Form ID: 91766776118167)  was created under guest account. If you want, we can transfer your form to your account.

For second question, you are not the owner of this form, so you can't see the submissions for this form. After transferring form to your account, you can see informations under Submission page.

If you require further assistance feel free to let us know.

On verifying that both the accounts IP(73.49.36.145 ) was the same so I have moved your Form to your account with username JRStee7e.

Furthermore, you would be able to check your submissions for this Form now.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.
