Can you please connect to Square for me?

hi there! I am trying to set up an event registration form with option to purchase tickets. I've added the square payment option (I have a square account) but it's not connecting. I am on rural internet, however: could that be the issue? (sometimes, I find if the connection is too slow, it won't connect especially to banking accounts) Is there some way you can configure the square payment for me?
