Form thank you redirect not working

Hi there,

I have designed a web site in Wix (it is a free site with them, so I don't have a domain registered as yet.  I am selling back issues of an e-mag and want customers to choose which issues they want using a form.  So far so good.

But when I get to the conditional logic at the end, I want customers to choose whether they want to pay offline or be referred to my online shop page (on the same, free Wix site).  When I put in the URL for the shop, the form won't take you to the shop page.  I do, however, get a copy of the form.

I have done this before with web sites and JotForms successfully, not sure why it's not working now. Please advise what to do?

I checked your form, but it cannot work like that, since what would happen if the user chooses like this:

I would insert a radio button instead:

Which would show the PayPal field when selected:

And for the rest you can just use conditional logic to redirect:

I see that the following conditions are already set on your form.

As I tried sending a test submission, the form redirected to the wix web page without any issue at my end.

In case you are having this issue with an embedded form, the final redirect might not work due to Wix permissions on embedded content.
