JotForm Mobile Forms: App goes blank after triggering conditional logic while filling a form.

I have installed the mobile app on my mobile phone an iphone something. Some of my forms I have made on the online jotforms through PC have access codes. When I click on the cell for the access code the screen goes to a media player attempting to play something but it is just a white screen with a flicking back and forth play marker. I close it and it goes back to the form. Only a glitch I can still use the form and otherwise works fine.

Also in implementing this, I thought i would simply create one other user (under another company email) so all employees use this one to submit forms via the mobile forms App, preventing them from making any changes to forms themselves controlled under our quality system and our admin jotform account. Is it possible to have multiple mobile app users use the same login at the same time, different phones? I would consider having a unique usernames for each individual but it doesn't appear you can assign actions, instead only forms to complete which makes that personalization a bit redundant. Only advantage is they can see and edit each submission that only they have made. Is that true or haven't I fully discovered the features of the mobile app yet?... Love jotforms by the way making a big difference here.

    Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

I have tested one of your forms in the JotForm Mobile Forms app and I was unable to replicate the issue, the rest of the form was shown when I typed in the code:

As you can see the form shows properly. Now, may you please let us know how are you previewing the form?

I assume you're going to the mobile app, clicking on the form and then on the "Fill out form" option, is this correct?

As far as I can see any video should be showing up on the app, please kindly provide us more details and if possible some screenshots about the process you're following to open your form on the app.

Also, kindly make sure you have installed the app given on this link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/jotform-mobile-forms/id1391524277?mt=8

Regarding your other question, in fact, when you assign a form to an user, this user will have access to the submissions he sent only, he will not have access to the rest.

Now, to assign a form each user must have a JotForm account so they can log in with their own account, if you share the credentials for a main account then anyone with access to this account will have access to the submissions made from this account.

I think the app currently does not limit the number of devices where you can start a session so you may share the credentials for a single account with multiple users.

Thanks mate. I tried it again the other day and it works fine. Might have just been a iOS glitch. Now the forms I assigned to valleycivilab@gmail.com seem to have disappeared though. (It is possible i actually created another account and have since forgotten about it and inadvertently created a new account.)

Yes I just checked and I did actually asign it to another account.

Great! You can assign the form to as many emails as you like.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
