how to send a google form in an email

Hey,

As HR department, we're planning to organize intra-company event like a dinner party. I want to send google form to find out who would like to attend or what kind of event they'd like. I want to send it through email. What I mean is the email should include the form. I'd like to be notified as well when someone fills it out. How can I do these in google forms? I appreciate any help.

If you check "include form in email" option, your form will be embedded in your email. JotForm also supports embedding feature and comes with many advanced features. You need to copy and paste the source code into the email body so that your email includes your form questions.
