Hi there,
A lady called Purvi Dodhia has tried several times to complete the summer camp form.
She said it didn't submit the first time and she has tried twice, but it doesn't work.
I haven't had this before.
I feel like she may have been blocked out.
How can she complete the form please?

I see that your form is connected to your Square account and as I tried sending a test submission with test credit card number, it displayed an error as it should. The form seems to be working fine at my end. Could you check with the user if there is any specific error message displayed after submitting the form? Also, please let us know if the form is embedded on any of your web pages.

Yes it’s connected to the Square account and I’ve had submissions since
this lady tried to do her form.
The form is embedded on my KangaRooKids website yes:
www.kangarookidsgroup.co.uk and also the link is present on Facebook.
I will ask her what she saw when she submitted the form

The form is linked on the homepage only, and not embedded. I find no reason why the form would fail.
You've mentioned that the user is taken back to the signature section, so perhaps, the error is there. I set the signature area as not required. Kindly ask the same user to try again, and update us here of the outcome.
