Hello,
I am supporting these forms and both recently started displaying an error in the Address widget after working fine for many months.
Please help.

I tried the Address field with Autocomplete enabled and it is working fine.

It seems the Autocomplete option is now disabled in the Address field on your form. Could you please try it again?
