I have authenticated my account but I can't create a spreadsheet

Hi, I have authenticated my account but I can't create a spreadsheet and therefore complete integration. Can you help with why this may be?

We will be glad to assist. Can you please provide some more information on the problem? A new spreadsheet should be created automatically once you authenticate google account. Do you get any error while setting up integration?
