    Dear support,

According to a functional requirement, it’s necessary to type a login and password to access to the forms. Due that, we have a login screen in wordpress implemented with the Clean Login plugin and this user is set up as a wordpress user.

In jotform, the first field in the form is the name of the customer service representative who is fulfilling the survey (it’s the same person who logged in to the site). How can I do to show in a jotform field the user who logged in to the site?

    Thanks in advance.

    Sincerely,

    Milton

To clarify, are you using a plugin that requires username and password? And you want to pass the username to the form after they log in? If so, you need to use your form full source code so that you can pass the username to your form. It also requires coding so you may need to hire a developer to do this for you.
