Incomplete field error when trying to submit the form

    I keep getting the below error... this foeld doesn;t even exisit though?

    There are incomplete fields in your submission: DAY SHIFT POSITIONS are typically filled by those in a hs work-release type program and/or POST high-schoolers (parents, college students, those that enjoy a fast paced fitness oriented atmosphere and have daytime availability a few days a week, any time of year) is requiredPlease go back and fix the problem(s)
