    Hi Support

I want to be able to give people using my form the ability to upload a video.

I've placed File Uploader by www.uploadcare.com and got the API Key from their website but when I grab the video from my mobile and desktop the error on the form says "Can't Upload"

Can you help on this please.

The file size of the video was just 65mb

    Thanks

    Brian

As I tested the 'File Uploader by Uploadcare' widget, it is working fine at my end. However, since I am on a Free plan of Uploadcare, I was only able to choose Images to upload and use the same setting in the widget wizard.

However, as I check your JotForm the 'Images only' option is selected as No in the widget settings. Please try changing this option to 'Yes' if you are also on a free plan of Uploadcare and see if that works. If you are on a paid plan and still not working, please let us know so that we can test it further and assist you.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for your reply.

I didn't think of checking on their website and now I have I can see where the problem lies. The free version as you quite rightly point out will only allow you to upload images and that's why I set the wizard to No as I thought it would then allow other files.

Unfortunately because what I'm working on is a demo then I don't think I will be signing up to $25 mth although I notice that if I provide them with my card details it would be enough even on the free version to upload videos so perhaps I'll do that.

I don't think you have any other widgets that allow uploading of video files do you?

    Cheers

    Brian

Is there any other requirement other than just allowing users to upload video file?

You can try to add a regular field upload field in form and configure it by adding the desired file extension of video files. Please take a look at the following screenshot:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.
