How to edit drop-down field with blank values

Yes I need help trying to edit this jot form. The section that needs to be
edited says How did you hear about us. I previously made some changes with
that section and dont know how to get rid of the extra space that I dont
need.

If you're referring to the blank options in the drop-down field below, you can delete those by following the guide below:

In the Form Builder, select the drop-down field then click the gear icon. You'll then see its properties. Navigate to Options and delete the spaces.
