How to remove a box on a pdf document?

I added an box element to my pdf document but I cannot find where I can change the color or remove it.  How can I remove this box?  It is the black box on the bottom of this document https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/1091835288974071?submission=4382359920612528215

You would have to select the filed and chose in the field settings delete field.
