Delays in Jotform Zapier Integration

    Hey Jotform Team,

    Loving your platform, been very happy with it. We have been using it extensively with Zapier to automate a number of processes.

    However, over the past week or so, we've seen a significant delay (over an hour) between when a form is submitted on Jotform, and when it is available for the Zapier API to pick up the submission.  I've spoken with the support team at Zapier, and they say that you (Jotform) aren't making it available immediately.  Do you know the cause of this delay and/or is there any way to fix it?  Rapidly responding to forms is critical for our business.

    Thanks for reporting.

    The problem is related with our API and our developers are now looking into this. Once this is fixed, you'll be informed here.

    This is now fixed.

    The problem was related to the replication of data between our servers. It is now working normally as usual.
