Attachments on form returning 403 error.

    On my form https://form.jotformeu.com/90421912417350 I recieve a 403 error when clicking the link for the attachmnet,please can you investigate?

    Are you getting the 403 error when trying to view the uploaded attachments in the Email Notification? 

    The issue is most likely related to the Privacy settings on your account. The "Require log-in to view uploaded files." Privacy option is checked on the Settings page of your account.

    Please log in to your account and try to view the attachments again.
