If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you have submitted a form that is created in JotForm. However, you have misspelled your name on the submitted form. If that is the case, I suggest that you check the email sent to you when you submitted the form and look for the reply-to email address. That is usually where you can contact the person/company that owns the form you submitted. I'm afraid that we cannot update form submissions on our end.
