Hi Jotform,
My fields are mapped (correctly I'm pretty sure) and yet when I fill/submit the form, it does not push to Salesforce. Can Anyone help?

This may happen when the format of mapped fields does not match. What you can try is removing currently mapped fields, and then adding them one by one while testing the integration. This way you may find out which field is breaking the integration.
