    Hello,

I have this form I have created: https://eu.jotform.com/build/91831693409969/

Basically it is an online sale order form staff will fill in.  Initially once the form is filled I want them to print the form as they need to give to customer.

Secondly I have integrated mailchimp into the form, how does this work as i have added a checkbox asking if they want to be contacted.

Do they have to submit the form data for us to get the email address.

Ideally we only want one action that submits and prints at the same time wso can we just have a print button which does both actions?

To print the form there are several options. Refer to these:

    1) Using the "Create PDF Document" option - Go to your My Forms page and right click on the form that you want to print, then select "Create PDF Document"

    2) Using the Print button - include a Print button in your form and click it when you preview the form.

    3) Using your web browser's built-in print function - preview your form and pressCtrl+P or right click on any portion of the webpage, then select Print. Consult your web browser's documentation for instructions to print as it differs from browser to browser.
