    Hi guys,

In my integromat scenario I want to resize pictures collect from a Jotform before to save them in dropbox.

However, I m struggled to set up properly the native integromat bunble IMAGE to resize. Indeed, I cannot find where is the value where the image DATa and FILE is located from my Jotform REQUEST array?

Please see the screenshot as attached file

    Hope you can help me

    Best regards,

I tested this integration but I'm afraid that what you want is not possible, only these options are available:

At least I wasn't able to do it with DropBox. Did you use some other integration?

    Thank you!

    Hi Nik_C

    Thank you for your help

Actually I want to use the native IMAGE bunble from Integromat before to save into Driopbox. To resize the pictures receive from the Jotform.

However, in your screenshot you put REQUEST: UPLOAD FIELD in Dropbox fields but when I open the REQUEST collection from the webhook, I dont see this option.

When you were saying that is not possible. Do you mean that I cannot upload pictures collect from the Jotform?

    Thanks

    Best,

    Rémi

I used DropBox as second connection:

Not sure if that could work for you.

What it does, it uploads the file to DropBox when submission is received.

It doesn't have any other options to adjust the image before uploading.

    Hi Nick_C,

    Thanks once again.

But it doesn't work in my side.

I create a simple scenario as you did. Jotform and then Dropbox

When I file the 2 fields with the jotform widget upload picture attributes in dropbox I still receive an error that DATA and FILE are wrong.

Don't know why i'm struggled with it.

After further checking it seems integromat doesn't get the uploaded files into the dropbox when connected with JotForm.

Kindly check this work around by my colleague: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1824861

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi guys, I m sorry to come back with this topic but actually, it seems like my integromat scenario which is working successfully doesn't upload the file get from the bundle HTTPS to upload to Dropbox

As you can see I setup as you told me, but each time I run the scenario I have a new dropbox folder created with the Jotform Submission ID as folder name. And then I target this folder. However, My scenario says that it runs completely. But when I check each folder that I create after each submission, they are all empty. Which is weird because I see the right URL for the picture in the webhook sent by Jotform. So is it an integromat issue?

Could you please try to uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" in your privacy settings and see if that will work?
