How can I reach the images of submission on mobile devices?

When I receive an email for a successful form submission I have links to the images and videos that the submitter had attached. These links work perfectly fine inside of a desktop browser when viewed from my Macbook, but when I try to open the exact same link from my phone to download the image/video I am sent to a 404 error page. Both the Safari and Chrome app for the iPhone produces the same result (attached screenshot).

I need to be able to download these files directly from my phone, as these are meant to be used for Instagram.

I copied your form. And I couldn't repeat the similar problem. However, you must be logged into JotForm account. You can then access it via JotForm.
