Oh Where, Oh Where, Did my Folders go?

That's the question. I created 2 folders and moved forms into each one. Saw the yellow folder created message so I know they were created. Clicking on the folders shows only the forms within each folder, So far, so good. Now, I can open any form in edit mode but when I go back toe the Forms/Folders list the folders are gone "you don't have any folders, create one now?" is there and the colored folder markers are also gone.

I repeated the process with the same results. Is this a bug or am I the only one?

Update: Now they're back with all the folders I created both times. What happens if I delete a folder, will it also delete the forms?

2nd UPDATE: I figured out how to remove a form from a folder. Now, just need to know how to remove the folder. Highlighting the folder an clicking TRASH doesn't do it and no Delete function on Right Click.

How can I remove a folder?

I have checked your account and see that the folders are being displayed without any issue. Please note that the Folders in the account are the same as labels that work as in your Gmail. 

The folder may be deleted by accessing the Folder menu by clicking on the arrow button beside the folder name. Please see the screnshots below:
