Card Forms > Conditional Thank You Page: Background color is not white and it's hard to customize it

Hi There,

If I use the condition tool; change thank you page and I select display a custom message, it does not work except for an image.

when I select : display custom message it shows a green selection tick, I can remove that though whatever I do (except for using an image) it does not show in the thank you page...

also I would like to be able to change the text of the thank you page... where do I do that?

1- Please go to form builder.
2- Please click "SETTINGS" tab.
3- Please click "CONDITIONS" from left.
4- Pleaes click + button to add new condition.
5- Please click "CHANGE THANK YOU PAGE" button.
6- Please select field for IF field.
7- Please select "Is Equal to" for STATE field.
8- Please select value what for you want to create condition
9- Please select "Display a custom message on a submission" for DO field.
10- Please double click on text
11- Please change the text and click on save button

From step 10 I have something different it shows me a black screen with the green tick.. there is no wyzywig editor. If I remove the tick and try to enter a url it does not work

It's different from stop 10 on your end because you are using a Card Form and my colleague used a Classic Form. 

The background of the Thank You page is black because the background color of your form is black as well.

On my cloned form I was able to edit the text of the Thank You page and upload a new image. 

Which image do you want to add to the Thank You page? Please provide us an image URL. 

Ok, so what I want is two fold: 

- Based on the answers I want to give them a different link, though I do not want them to see the ugly link (if possible, though just a download link). I love it to be in different thank you pages as the link will be conditional on the answers given. How would I accomplish that?

- How do I keep the background black and still see my edits? Or is the background only black in the edited state..because if that is the case it is of no importance to me to keep it black... I was under the assumption that making the background black makes the form black also

I made some additional tests and the background color is black only in edit state inside of the conditions. This looks like a bug considering that the Thank You page is white when the form is submitted. 

I will report this issue to our developers. We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved. 

For now, I can only suggest you to change the background color of your form to edit the text easier. Once you create conditions, you can change the color to black again. 

Regarding the links - Simply highlight the text, click on the Inset/ Edit link option and add your link.
