Logo not showing on form?

My logo shows on the builder but does not show on the preview or actual form.  Why?

I have cloned your form and was able to replicate the issue on my end. But I have resolved it by removing the logo and re-adding it again. It now appears on the page when I view it either in preview mode or form's direct link.

Please try that too and let us know how it goes.

Regarding your other concern, I can see that one of my colleagues provided you an update a while ago. The escalated ticket is still being looked at by our developers. They'll let you know on that thread once it gets fixed, or when an update is already available.

Ok.  Thanks.  Usually the solutions are much quicker.  This must be a tough one!
