Issues Uploading PDFs to Form with Save on Edit Functionality

Hello, 

My users contacted me with a few issues on the form linked below--specifically with uploading PDFs and then not being able to view or edit them again once loaded to the form. 

Could you please look into this issue on my form? Why are attachments not viewable after being saved to the form?

I also tried adding a column to my submissions data sheets so that I could upload corrected PDFs and found that I wasn't able to uploa

If you are applying the save and continue later workaround, could you let us know what is the first form where it starts? We would like to submit your form, in order to test how it works.

I assume that you are experiencing the issue on these File Upload fields located in page 7:

Basically, if your users need to remove a file they uploaded, in order to upload a different one, they just need to click on the "Choose File" button again:
