    my preview function is not working!!!

    Upon checking, your account was placed in an automatic suspension. It was placed in that status due to the forms in your account (Social Media Survey and Hotel Contact Form) that are collecting login credentials.

    Please understand that we do not encourage our users to collect such information through their forms as it is against our terms.

    We understand that this may not be the case with your form. However, In order for us to reactivate your account, we need to delete the fields that were added to your form to collect login credentials. This will also delete the data associated with those fields.

    We will be glad to help you with your concern, however, we will only be able to reactivate your account if we delete those fields.

    I have gone ahead and removed the fields in your account. Your account has now been reactivated and you should be able to access your account again.
