emails are not being sent to personnel identified on the form

    To clarify, autoresponder emails are not sent to your form users?

    I have checked your form and it seems you have setup the autoresponder and notification emails correctly.

    However, it could be that your form user has not filled the email address field as it is not set to required.

    I would suggest you set the field to required to ensure the email has been added.
