Problem with Chrome

When working on forms in the Chrome browser, I have experienced the right side options column becoming frozen off to the side of the form with no way to access it besides closing out and restarting,
Am I missing something?

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Is the issue related to your Headache History form?

I made several tests on my cloned form but I was not able to replicate the issue. I am able to open, close and edit the field properties without any issues. 

When exactly does the issue you reported happen? What were you editing before that issue occurred? Can you please provide us the exact steps on how to replicate the issue?
