Is there a way that my customers can set up their email to stop blocking my form reply emails? It seems just recently that my customers aren't getting their receipt conformation.

You can ask your users to whitelist our IP addresses and domains. They can also add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to theit contacts lists. Here is the guide:
