I need a paper version in English for people without computers.

    Here is the form:  https://form.jotform.com/83413067342149

We have done a translation into Spanish.  Is there a way to print this out completely or a way to at least migrate to word or excel to complete?

    Hi @tjlphd!

The easiest way to print out your form would be to create a PDF version of the form by selecting the form on the My Forms page>More>Create PDF Document or Create PDF Form and clicking on Download PDF once you are satisfied with the design. Unfortunately, since the form Builder language is English, it would not be possible to generate a PDF in Spanish, even though you have added Spanish as the Form Language. You can make a clone of your form (to avoid making changes to the original online form) and manually translate all fields and options of the PDF into Spanish by retyping them in the PDF and then clicking Download PDF.

Another option would be to use the browser's Print function, by pressing command+P on a Mac and Ctrl+P on a PC. Only the fields will be printed though, a lot of the design and visual elements will not get printed this way. If you would like to print out the form exactly as it appears on the screen, I can suggest making screenshots of each of the cards and then printing them out. Please let us know if you have any questions.
