Email Validation Error

Our form is throwing an email validation error on a field where there should be no email validation. Please see the attached screenshot for details. Thank you!

Hi,

I cloned your form and found out that you used the Email Field for the 'Last Name'. Please try to replace it with Text Box Field, I think that's causing the email validation error.
