How can I have the form add the product to my Shopify store?

Hello,

I am creating my site on Shopify and I have jotform which the customer has to fill out his/her measurements, print(optional for the customer to do it) and then "add to cart". This jotform needs to be embedded in shopify - which I am able to do. But when the customer "adds to cart" on the jotform it needs add the correct product in Shopify.

At present my jotform is for the 4 products that I offer, I could make 4 different forms if that will help.

I'm sorry to say, but our forms cannot connect to your Shopify store. Our form is provided so you can collect additional information from your users, but the form has to be submitted separately. Unfortunately, I find no workaround to this. 

Our form can be set up to have its payment section, but there is no option you can send or connect the data to your Shopify store.
