Question: I received a Registration, but instead of from "JotForm", it was from "default". The registration is from a company who made a similar registration 2 days prior; should I be alarmed at this???

In order to check this further, may you please kindly provide us the form and submission info so we can have a look?
Also, as I understand the issue, someone submitted your form initially and then you received another submission with the same info, is this correct?

Thanks for your response. Actually, the issue has been cleared up by the person sending in the registration. Here's a summary of what happened:
We have a form for people to register entries for an Awards Program.
One person, on July 30, registered 7 entries, and we received the receipt, emailed from JotForm<noreply@jotform.com>
Today, we received, from the same person, an additional 6 entries, and we received the receipt, only this time the email was from default<noreply@jotform.com>
The "default" raised the red flag, but upon asking the person whether they had actually made a second registration or not, they responded that yes, they had made the second registration as well.
The "default" terminology caused the confusion on my part.
