    Hi,

We're using Airtable for our contact data and I currently have it integrated with Jotform, but I would like to use Jotform as the UI for users to enter data into the Airtable database. If we can do so, I would like to have the form present data from certain fields in Airtable so that, prior to the user entering data, they can see if it already exists in the database. For instance if we're using this to enter contact info and that contact is associated with a company, before the user enters the company name, I would like them to be able to check the database to see if that company already exists so that they can select it from the list. If it does not exist, I would like them to be able to enter the name in  Jotform so that it can be pushed into the company name field in our database. Is that possible and if so how would I do that? I created a form and mapped the fields, but it won't display information from Airtable .

Unfortunately, fetching data from Airtable to Jotform is not possible. But here's what you can do to achieve that requirement:

    1. Create a Grid Listing Report of your form in Jotform. Here's a guide on How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report. Keep the URL.

    2. Add an iFrame Embed widget to your form then embed the URL of the Grid Listing Report. In that way, all the submission record will be viewed on your form, which is the same data found on your Airtable.

Here's a quick demo for that:
