I am an insurance agency creating forms where the same questions can be used in different forms, and it will save me a lot of time to not have to re-create the same custom form elements each time I work to create a new form.  For example, I need to have fields asking for the update years for the roof, wiring, plumbing, and HVAC, and to create the right type of field with the right mask date and such takes time, and I don't want to have to re-create the same fields for every form.

If I understand correctly, I think you already know how to clone your own form to make a copy of the same form on your My Forms.

Guide : How to Clone an Existing Form from Your Account

It could be that you just wanted to duplicate/copy specific fields/elements between forms -- so it is not necessary to clone the exact form.

You can do the fields duplicate/copy process between 2 forms using the Field Manager app.
