Why my form won't submit?

while the field has been filed out the Clint can not submit the form
who do I fix this problem?

I cloned your form and deleted all the fields except the Bride's date of Birth. In my test, the form submitted successfully on my end.

Also, is the form embedded on a website? If yes, please share the website link so we can investigate it further.

I cleared your form cache on our server. Please test it again and see if that helps.

I was able to replicate this same issue on your form. I got the error below while testing.

When I cloned your form and tested it was working fine and the form submitted successfully. As a workaround, I would suggest you clone your form and see if it's working fine. If yes, then embed the cloned form in your website.
