Jotform Cancelled my autopay

    Jotform cancelled my auto pay through paypal.  Please advise.  What do I need to do here?  I have the Bronze plan.  Please see below screen shot. Why am I getting downgraded on September 4?  The name of my Company is Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute (ACEI).  Thanks1565021716SnipImage.JPG

    Hi Jasmin!

    It looks like the reason the subscription was being cancelled was due to a double subscription for the account. In order to not get double charged for a Bronze Plan and Silver plan, the account was scheduled to downgrade back to free. However, you can re-upgrade after September 4th.
