I'm getting a permissions error when trying to embed the form to Facebook

Hello, when I go to add the pages I want the form embedded in I get a permissions error. Can you help?

You need to have at least 2000 likers before you can install the Facebook custom tab. It's a restriction imposed by Facebook. You can see that information in the following link:
