I get an unavailable message when trying to submit a form

I was filling in info for the AAW symposium and suddenly it went to "this form is currently unavailable".

Yes, the form is currently disabled, and the owner likely did that. Please send them an email or reach them by phone if you have that to clarify. Unfortunately, we cannot enable the form without their permission.
