Google Spreadsheet - One Short Text Entry column did not integrate to Google Spreadsheet

The Ghin Location did not populate to my Spreadsheet.  

Can you push it through?  Or how do I do this from my end?

I have inspected both the submissions and the Google Sheet integration on your form and it appears that the respondent simply did not enter the GHIN # when submitting their form, since it is not a required field. I have tried pushing the information to Spreadsheet, but since it is also not in the submissions data, it appears that the field was left blank by the respondent. If you would like to receive this information, I would suggest contacting the respondent and asking them for the number. Please let us know if you have any questions.

I deleted the Short Text Entry for "GHIN Location", Created it again.  Removed the integration to the Google Spreadsheet and Re-Integrated it.  THIS WORKED.
