Recent issues with one of our forms

    I submitted a support request on Tuesday but still have not heard anything. There is a link to a google doc showing the issue we are having. The issue is with this form: 

    The issue is how the notifications are coming in. They are no longer coming in in the correct order, and they are no longer being separated by section. This started happening on Tuesday, August 6th. Was there an update or something that we are unaware of?
